Handling shipping documentation, including issuance of Bill of Lading on behalf of ship management when authorized.
Managing ship’s agency disbursement, documentation control, and clear reporting for owners/operators.
Cargo, Logistics & Vessel Supply
Coordinating port-related services supporting cargo movement and required port/terminal processes.
Appointing and coordinating loading/unloading companies based on owner/operator purposes and port requirements.
Completion and coordination of bunker filling for fuel oil and fresh water.
Procurement/coordination of spares, equipment, and supplies—tailored to vessel, crew, and owner requirements.
Other agreed activities requested by the ship owner/operator related to ship’s agency scope.
